Carley Haschke, CTSS

  Carley is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist whose primary focus is educating and empowering residents who have experienced trauma and how to approach life after. Carley specializes in trauma informed care in residential settings.

  Erica is a Doctor of Psychology, where she provides psychoeducation and wellness management in residential settings.  She has been working at Deer Path Integrated Living for over 22 years. Erica is also an Education Specialist specializing in residential training and education.

Heather is a Certified Social Worker. She has lived experience with her own recovery and has worked providing case management to people in the mental health field for over 20 years. She is currently working on completing her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Viterbo University.

Jen is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, providing psychiatry services in an outpatient mental health clinic.  Jen also works as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching in the Psychiatric doctoral and post-masters nursing programs.

  Kristina is a Certified Peer Specialist who has lived experience and is in recovery, striving to provide much-needed advocacy and education in the mental health field. Kristina works in residential and integrated care settings, helping residents find their why and how. 

Lisa is a Recovery Coach Professional with lived experience focusing on recovery education in residential settings. Lisa also understands the high burnout rate of staff working in mental health experience and is an advocate for promoting self-care for mental health professionals.

Maverick is the Program Manager at Deer Path Integrated Living, passionate about and focuses on overall health and wellness. Maverick strives to incorporate his knowledge of all aspects of wellness to promote healthy living and positive well-being for staff and residents within the facility.

Merceydeis is the Community and Residential Coordinator at Deer Path Integrated Living, where she assists residents in building independent living skills and community integration. She also provides holistic, therapeutic activities for residents. Merceydeis assists with the design of the program.

Morgan is a senior in high school who is graduating early to pursue her passions. Morgan plans to major in forensic science and psychology.  Morgan has assisted with the editing and design of the course materials.

Nicole is the Executive Assistant at Deer Path Integrated Living, managing quality assurance within the HCBS and CCS programs. Nicole also assists with the editing and design of the education programming.

Patty is a certified trainer through the Crisis Prevention Institute and educates residential staff on crisis intervention and management. She works in residential and integrated care settings, specializing in behavior support planning and staff education.
